We ship all orders from our headquarters located in Frisco, Texas.
Brave Little Lamb processes orders in 2 business days. Once packages are shipped from our headquarters in Frisco, Texas, they may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited carrier availability and increased volume with USPS and our other shipping carriers.
For time-sensitive orders, we suggest upgrading to Priority Shipping. Launches, restocks, and holidays might delay shipping times due to increased number of orders; thank you in advance for your patience!
Brave Little Lamb is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
If you are missing a shipment, please call your local post office to help recover your package. If the problem persists, email us and we will try to help in any way we can.
We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in 2023!
Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to submit a cancellation request before your order is shipped. Please send your request to email@example.com ASAP since we have a short processing window.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. Please see our Refund Policy page, located at the footer menu in addition to our FAQ page.
All pre-order items include an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. For best customer experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.
We take payment security very seriously, all payments are secure and protected by Shopify Protect.
Please keep in mind all payment credit card information needs to match billing information. This would include: name, billing address, etc. if the information doesn’t match we will have to cancel your order and refund your order. You will need to place a new order with a different card or provide matching information at checkout.
