⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.

Once your item is delivered, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

Returns received after the 14-day post-delivery window will receive 50% of the refund amount.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In its original packaging

With all tags still attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

You can initiate a return in two ways:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label (if you choose to use ours)

Easy-to-follow instructions for sending your package back
Important: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
💵 Return Fees

You can use our prepaid shipping label for a flat rate of $5.90, which will be deducted from your refund.

Or, ship it back using your own carrier.

A 5% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

💛 Want to Skip the Fees?
Choose store credit and we’ll waive all fees!
That means:

✅ No return shipping charge
Just select store credit as your refund method (or mention it under “Other” when requesting a return), and we’ll take care of the rest — easy, breezy, baby-friendly. 💛
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Sale or final sale items

Items that are washed, worn, contain odors, animal hair, or missing original tags

International orders (due to high shipping and duty costs)

Gift cards
📉 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. Once we receive and inspect the item:

Return shipping costs and restocking fees will be waived

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Received Brave Little Lamb as a gift? You can return it — simply send us an email & include:

A note that it’s a gift return

The buyer’s name and order number (we will need some type of proof of purchase)

Your name and email address
We’ll process it discreetly — the buyer won’t be notified.
Gift returns can be exchanged for a different item or store credit
