What is your return policy?

Customers have 30 days from purchase to return items. The items need to be returned unused, unworn with the tags still attached for a full refund.

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders in 1-2 business days & ship same day or next business day. You can expect to receive your order between 3-6 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 15% off discount on your first order when you sign up for email or SMS updates.

When will an item be restocked?

We try to keep our most popular items in stock. Restock dates can vary depending on the vendor's availability and shipping times. Be sure to sign up for back in stock notifications so you don't miss out on any restocks for that item.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are exclusively online presently.

Do you offer local delivery or pick up?

We offer local delivery for a fee of $2.50.We don't normally offer pick up, but we will accommodate customers with urgent orders.

Care | Cold gentle machine wash with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry in shade without delay. If required, gently pull item back into shape. Do not bleach, wring or soak. Please note - Tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage
As this is a knitted item, pilling may occur with washing and normal wear. This may be more noticeable on darker colored items.

Due to the nature of knitted items, please allow a tolerance of 1/1.5cm for all items.
Please note - as all our items are custom dyed, there is a slight difference in color between batches.
