Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods like restocks, launches, and holidays. Thank you for your patience!

  • U.S. orders over $65 ship free with code: FREEUSDELIVERY

  • International orders over $250 ship free with code: FREEINTDELIVERY

Need it fast? Upgrade to Priority or Express Shipping for quicker delivery.

We currently ship to Mexico, Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Japan and China with plans to expand to more countries soon!


🛡️ Shipping Protection

We recommend purchasing Guide Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your package from loss or theft. Alternatively, USPS Priority Shipping includes insurance up to $100.

  • With Guide Protection: We’ll file a claim and get you a full refund; there is also a self-service claim file.

  • With USPS Priority Shipping: You’ll need to file the claim directly with USPS.

  • Without Protection: You assume responsibility if your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

If your package goes missing, please first contact your local post office. If unresolved, email us at info@bravelittlelamb.com — we're happy to help where we can!


📍 Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We’re not responsible for delivery delays or missed packages due to:

  • Incorrect or outdated addresses

  • Carrier issues, customs delays, or natural events

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you can:

  • Pay for re-shipment, or

  • Request a refund (minus shipping costs)

    • Orders can’t be modified after they’re submitted.

    • Need to cancel? Email info@bravelittlelamb.com ASAP — before your order ships.

    Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info.

    💳 Payment Policy

    We take security seriously — all payments are securely processed through Shopify Protect.

    Important: Your billing info must match your payment card details (name, address, etc.).
    If the information doesn't match, your order may be canceled and refunded. You'll need to place a new order with updated or matching information
