We hope you love your Brave Little Lamb pieces 🤍 If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@bravelittlelamb.com with your order number and request.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are available for eligible items.

  • Exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received

  • If the new item has a price difference, we will invoice or issue store credit as needed

Store Credit

Store credit is available for eligible returns and exchanges.

  • Issued as a digital gift card

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Issued faster than refunds once approved

Store credit may be issued once the return is approved or after the item is received, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds to the original form of payment are also available.

  • Processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for refunds to process

Shipping Your Return or Exchange

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

 Gift Returns

Received Brave Little Lamb as a gift? You can return it — simply send us an email & include:

  • Enter any available information you have on who purchased the gift for you as well as your information so we can locate your gift

We’ll process it discreetly — the buyer won’t be notified.

Gift returns can be exchanged for a different item or store credit
