How long does it take to receive my order?
Brave Little Lamb processes orders in 2-3 business days. Once packages are shipped from our headquarters in Texas, they may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited carrier availability and increased volume with USPS and our other shipping carriers.

*For time-sensitive orders, we suggest upgrading to Priority or Express Shipping. Launches, restocks, and holidays might delay shipping times due to increased number of orders; thank you in advance for your patience.

I submitted the wrong address at checkout, can I change the shipping address?
1.) If your item has not been shipped, we can fix your shipping address. However, in order to do this, you need to email us immediately so we can fix it before the order is fulfilled.
2.) If your item has already been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Brave Little Lamb is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. If you submit an incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping a second time to send your order out a second time or we will have to refund you for the order.
My package says delivered, but it has not arrived. What can I do?
If you are missing a shipment, please call your local post office to help recover your package. If the problem persists, email us and we will try to help in any way we can. Please purchase the Guide Shipping Protection to protect your package in the event it gets lost or stolen or choose Priority Shipping since it will be insured up to $100 through USPS. We can file a claim through Guide and get you a full refund for your order, if you choose Priority Shipping you can file a claim through them but that will not be our responsibility. If you do not purchase Guide Package Protection, you take on the risk of your package being misplaced.
