🐑 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us — and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns at Brave Little Lamb:

⏳ Return Window

  • You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.

  • Once your item is delivered, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

  • Returns received after the 14-day post-delivery window will receive 50% of the refund amount.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


📦 How to Start a Return

You can initiate a return in two ways:

  1. Log into your account and request a return, or

  2. Start a return through our portal

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label (if you choose to use ours)

  • Easy-to-follow instructions for sending your package back

Important: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


💵 Return Fees

  • You can use our prepaid shipping label (cost is calculated by package weight), which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Or, you have the option to ship it back using your own carrier.

  • A 5% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

💡 Tip: Double-check your order before placing it to avoid these fees!

💛 Want to Skip the Fees?

Choose store credit, gift card or exchange and we’ll waive all fees!
That means:

  • No restocking fee

  • No return shipping charge

  • ✅ Get a 10% bonus credit when you choose to exchange your item

Just select store credit or gift card as your refund method (or mention it under “Other” when requesting a return), and we’ll take care of the rest — easy, breezy, baby-friendly. 💛


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Items that are washed, worn, contain odors, animal hair, or missing original tags

  • International orders (due to high shipping and duty costs)

  • Gift cards


📉 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • You’ll receive a full refund

  • Return shipping costs and restocking fees will be waived once we receive the item back & confirm its condition


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are simple:

  1. Start a return as usual

  2. Choose your exchange item with 10% bonus credit right through our shop or select store credit/ gift card to shop later

Shipping for exchanges is free, and no restocking fee applies!


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


🎁 Gift Returns

Received Brave Little Lamb as a gift? You can return it — simply send us an email & include:

  • Select "Returning a gift" link in the return portal

  • Enter any available information you have on who purchased the gift for you as well as your information so we can locate your gift

We’ll process it discreetly — the buyer won’t be notified.

Gift returns can be exchanged for a different item or store credit
