How can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order as long as the item has not shipped yet.  Please email us immediately using subject "URGENT-Cancel Order" and be sure to include your order number.  If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel your order you will have to request a return.  There are a few fees when it comes to returning items, so we highly suggest canceling ASAP if you no longer want the items you ordered.

Can I add items to my order?

  • You can, if your order has not been fulfilled & shipped.  Simply send us an email or fill out our contact form as soon as possible with the items you are wanting to add. We will send you an invoice for the added items.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify your order. We do not keep customer credit card or payment information on file which is why we are unable to do this. Please place a new order if you have items you want to add on. 

Can I track my order?

  • Absolutely, we will provide updates at every stage of your order from the moment you place it through dispatch to delivery.   In your shipping confirmation emails, you'll receive a tracking number which you can use to check the progress of your order.

I'm in love with my order, what can I do to support you?

  • There are many ways to support a small business, one huge helpful way is word of mouth.  We want to hear all about what you love about our items, you are welcome to tag us on social media, send us an email or leave a review on our website or Facebook page. Your input not only helps create brand awareness for us but helps our customers make the best purchase for little one.

I'm unsatisfied with my order, what now?

  • We are sincerely sorry that you are unhappy with your order and that we didn't meet your expectations.  We strive daily to give our customers a smooth shopping experience and timeless baby pieces of superior quality at an affordable price. However, we are not perfect and sometimes mistakes happen.  Before you leave a negative review, we kindly ask that you reach out to us first so that we can make things right.  



Is my payment data safe with you?

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards along with some other payment options such as: Apple Pay, Amazon Payment, Meta Pay, Paypal and more. If you choose one of those payment methods, you will be taken to their website to finish and process the payment. After that is complete, you should be directed back to our merchant website.

Do you have payment plans available?

  • Yes, we do have a few options available for payment plans.  We offer ShopPay and AfterPay so that you can make payments over a period of time if needed.
