What is your return policy?

Customers have 30 days from purchase to return items. The items need to be returned unused, unworn with the tags still attached for a full refund.

We process orders in 1-2 business days & ship same day or next business day. You can expect to receive your order between 3-6 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

When will an item be restocked?

We try to keep our most popular items in stock. Restock dates can vary depending on the vendor's availability and shipping times. Be sure to sign up for back in stock notifications so you don't miss out on any restocks for that item.

No, we are exclusively online presently.

Do you offer local delivery or pick up?

We offer local delivery for a fee of $2.50.We don't normally offer pick up, but we will accommodate customers with urgent orders.

Safety | Never leave baby unattended with bonnet on. Remove bonnet before sleeping.

Care | Cold gentle machine wash in delicates bag with like colours. Tumble dry on low heat in delicates bag or lay flat to dry in shade without delay. If required, gently pull item back into shape. Do not bleach, wring or soak. Please note - Tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage, if needed, please size up to allow for this.
