What is your return policy?

Customers have 30 days from purchase to return items. The items need to be returned unused, unworn with the tags still attached for a full refund.

We process orders in 1-2 business days & ship same day or next business day. You can expect to receive your order between 3-6 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

When will an item be restocked?

We try to keep our most popular items in stock. Restock dates can vary depending on the vendor's availability and shipping times. Be sure to sign up for back in stock notifications so you don't miss out on any restocks for that item.

No, we are exclusively online presently.

Do you offer local delivery or pick up?

We offer local delivery for a fee of $2.50.We don't normally offer pick up, but we will accommodate customers with urgent orders.

Size | One Size Fits Most. Stretchy but still have a firm fit.
Do not untie bow, not adjustable.

Safety | Never leave baby unattended with Headband on. Remove Headband before sleeping.

Care | Cold gentle machine wash in a delicates bag with like colors. Dry flat in the shade without delay.

Composition | 88% Cotton/ 12% Spandex.

Please Note | If the item has ties or strings, we recommend pre-tying and washing the items in a delicates bag.

Due to the nature of knitted items, please allow a tolerance of 1/1.5cm for all items.

As all our items are custom dyed to order, there can be a slight difference in color between batches.

With all knitted items, pilling may occur with washing and normal wear. This may be more noticeable on darker colored items.
