By placing a wholesale order with Brave Little Lamb LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your first order.

 

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered retail businesses only. By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm that you operate a legitimate retail business and hold any required business licenses in your state or jurisdiction.

 

2. Minimum Order Requirements

The following minimums apply to all wholesale orders:

•        Opening order minimum: $200

•        Reorder minimum: $150

Orders that do not meet the minimum requirement will not be processed. All prices are listed in USD.

 

3. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders are processed through Shopify Payments. The following terms apply:

•        Payment terms: Net 15. Full payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

•        Accepted payment method: Credit card via Shopify Payments only.

•        Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.

•        Accounts with outstanding balances beyond Net 15 may be placed on hold until payment is received.

 

4. Shipping

Brave Little Lamb ships to domestic US addresses only at this time. The following shipping policies apply:

•        Free shipping on all wholesale orders of $250 or more.

•        Orders under $250 will be charged actual shipping costs at checkout.

•        We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the most cost-effective option for your order.

•        Estimated processing time is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

•        Brave Little Lamb is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

All wholesale sales are final with the following exception:

•        Damaged or defective items may be reported within 14 days of delivery.

•        To initiate a return or exchange, email us at wholesale@bravelittlelamb.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

•        Approved returns will be issued as store credit or replacement product only. No refunds to the original payment method will be issued.

•        Return shipping on damaged or defective items is covered by Brave Little Lamb.

•        Returns on non-defective items, sale items, or items that have been used or washed will not be accepted.

 

6. Order Cancellations

The following cancellation policy applies to all wholesale orders:

•        Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement: full refund issued.

•        Orders cancelled after 24 hours: a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

•        Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has been confirmed.

 

7. Price Integrity

To protect the integrity of the Brave Little Lamb brand, all authorized retailers agree to the following:

•        Retail pricing must be set at or above the suggested retail price (SRP) listed on bravelittlelamb.com.

•        Retailers may discount products by no more than 15% off the listed SRP during sales or promotional periods.

•        Pricing below the 15% discount threshold is not permitted at any time.

•        Brave Little Lamb reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account that does not comply with this policy.

 

8. Authorized Sales Channels

Brave Little Lamb products may only be sold through authorized retail channels. By accepting these terms, you agree to the following:

•        Products may be sold in your physical retail location or your own branded website only.

•        Selling Brave Little Lamb products through third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, eBay, and any other third-party platform.

•        Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

 

9. Exclusivity

Brave Little Lamb does not guarantee geographic exclusivity to any wholesale account. We reserve the right to sell to multiple retailers within the same area or region. Exclusive territory agreements are not offered at this time.

 

10. Brand Representation

Authorized retailers agree to represent the Brave Little Lamb brand in a manner consistent with our brand standards:

•        Products must be displayed and marketed in a clean, professional manner.

•        Brave Little Lamb logo and brand assets may only be used to identify and promote our products in your store or on your website.

•        Brand assets may not be altered, distorted, or used in any way that misrepresents the Brave Little Lamb brand.

 

11. Social Media Credit and Brand Tagging

• All posts featuring Brave Little Lamb products must tag our official brand account in the post or caption.
• Any content created by a third party photographer, videographer, or content creator must also be credited by tagging the original creator directly in the post or caption.
• Retailers may not represent Brave Little Lamb products or third party content as their own design, manufacture, or creative work.
• All product imagery and brand assets provided by Brave Little Lamb must be credited accordingly.
• Failure to provide proper credit to Brave Little Lamb or the original content creator may result in a request to remove the content or termination of the wholesale agreement.

 

12. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order with Brave Little Lamb LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are subject to change at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our wholesale portal and will apply to all orders placed after the update date.
