We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with Brave Little Lamb. Each piece is handmade with love, and we want you (and your little one) to absolutely adore it. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to exchange or return. 💛

⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.
Once your order arrives, you’ll have 14 days to send it back to us.

Returns received after 14 days may be eligible for 50% store credit, as long as the item meets our return criteria.

✅ Return Eligibility

We lovingly ask that items be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

You can start your return in one of two easy ways:

  1. Log in to your Brave Little Lamb account and request a return, or

  2. Email us at info@bravelittlelamb.com

Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and simple instructions.
(Please note: returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.)

💵 Return Shipping & Fees

You can:

  • Use our prepaid return label for a flat rate of $5.90, deducted from your refund, or

  • Ship it back using your own carrier.

A small 5% restocking fee applies to refunds to help cover handling and quality inspection.

💡 Mom tip: Double-check sizes and colors before checkout to avoid those pesky fees.

Choose store credit, and we’ll cover the rest!
That means:

  • ✅ No restocking fee

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime — perfect for your baby’s next growth spurt. 🧸

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep our small-batch process sustainable, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Final sale or heavily discounted items

  • Washed, worn, or damaged items (including odors or pet hair)

  • International orders

  • Gift cards

🧵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away.
We’ll make it right — shipping and fees will be fully waived.

🔄 Exchanges Made Simple

Need a new size or color? No problem!
Start a return and let us know what you’d like to swap for.
We’ll take care of the shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you right away.
Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method — please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process.

🎁 Gift Returns

Received a Brave Little Lamb gift? How sweet!
You can return it for store credit or an exchange — no worries, we’ll handle it discreetly.
Just email us with:

  • A note that it’s a gift return

  • The buyer’s name or order number

  • Your name and email address

We’ll take care of the rest with kindness and care. 💌
